About IFAK360
Veteran-Owned. PARAMEDIC-BUILT. Ready for Everyone.
It started in 1992. I was a volunteer firefighter — one year in — and I already knew this was what I was meant to do. I joined the Navy to build the foundation I needed: seven years of service, four as a shipboard firefighter at sea, three as a structural firefighter shore-based. When I came home, I was ready.
From there: AMR paramedic, then a fire department, then 23+ years — and counting — as a firefighter/paramedic and Field Training Officer. I’ve responded to more than 24,000 emergency calls. Car accidents on rural highways. Cardiac arrests in living rooms. Industrial crush injuries. Natural disasters where help was hours away.
On every one of those calls, my crew and I showed up with the right tools — professional-grade, name-brand medical devices that actually work when everything is going sideways.
Then I’d go home and look at my own first aid kit.
What I had at home didn’t come close to what I carried at work. When I went looking for something better, I found two options: cheap kits stuffed with things that don’t work, or expensive tactical kits missing the clinical depth a paramedic would actually want. Nothing built by someone who actually uses this equipment for a living.
So I started sourcing components myself — the same brands, the same products I use on the job — and IFAK360 was born. Five purpose-built modules: Modules 1–4 form the core trauma and medical system and bundle into the Complete Kit, while Module 5 — Field Endurance Kit is a standalone add-on for extended endurance care. Or build your own from individual components — your loadout, your way. Assembled by hand in the Pacific Northwest, vacuum-sealed for long-term readiness, and lot-traced for accountability. Every item in every kit is something I’d actually use on a call. Nothing extra. Nothing cheap. Nothing that doesn’t earn its place.
You shouldn’t need to be a paramedic to have a paramedic-grade kit.

Built By Hand. Lot-Traced. Every Kit.
Every IFAK360 kit is assembled by me personally — by hand, one at a time. OEM-sealed components from FDA-regulated manufacturers, inspected and vacuum-sealed before it ships. Every module is lot-stamped at the assembly level and traceable to a specific build session and component batch. In a market with well-documented counterfeit and quality-control problems, that paper trail is your guarantee.
We’re not required to do this. We do it anyway — because you deserve to know exactly what’s in your kit and when it was built.
