RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final Due to the sterile and safety-critical nature of IFAK360 trauma kit products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This is our policy — not a regulatory requirement — and it exists because we cannot verify the integrity of components once they've left our control.

Quality Guarantee Every kit is individually assembled, inspected, and verified fully functional before it ships. All items are packaged in sealed, vacuum-sealed pouches. We take great pride in the quality of every order that leaves our hands. Should your package arrive damaged, we will work with you to file a carrier claim and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Shipping Damage & Insurance All orders ship with $100 of included insurance coverage. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ifak360.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We recommend purchasing additional coverage at checkout to protect your investment.

HSA/FSA Purchases If you purchased using HSA/FSA funds and require an itemized receipt for reimbursement, please contact us at info@ifak360.com and we will provide one promptly.
