WHY IFAK360
I built IFAK360 after looking for a first aid system that matched the way I think about patient care in the field. I wanted quality components, clear organization, and the ability to carry what made sense for the situation without buying an entirely new kit every time my needs changed.
That became IFAK360: a modular medical and trauma system built around specific functions, from hemorrhage control and wound care to medication, field endurance, and animal care.

A Modular System Organized by Function
Each IFAK360 module is purpose-built around a specific function: hemorrhage control, wound prep, wound closure, medication and hydration, field endurance, or animal care. Modules are available individually and can be combined based on your situation, budget, and how you plan to use them. Modules 1 through 4 bundle into The Core 4. Module 5 is a standalone field endurance add-on. Module 6 covers veterinary wound care for companion and working animals. Choose the modules that fit how you plan to use the system.
Assembly-Level Lot Traceability
Every IFAK360 module is lot-stamped at the assembly level and tied to assembly records for the components used in that build. This helps maintain traceability from the supplies we receive through the modules we assemble. It’s a standard we set for ourselves.
Wound Closure and Minor Trauma Supplies for Field Use
Module 3 brings together wound closure and minor-trauma supplies selected for field use. The module pairs Steri-Strip reinforced skin closures with Mastisol liquid adhesive to help support adhesion of the closure strips. Transparent film dressing, burn relief gel, adhesive moleskin, cohesive bandage, and additional wound care supplies support a range of minor wound-care needs.
Medication and Hydration for Extended Situations
Module 4 brings together individually packaged over-the-counter medications, oral rehydration salts, glucose, and topical relief products organized for common needs away from home. The selection was informed by Kevin Wilson’s experience in emergency medicine, wilderness medicine, and extended field situations.
Per-Module IFU Cards, Sealed Inside Every Pouch
Every module ships with its own paramedic-written Instructions for Use card sealed inside the pouch. The guidance is organized to be clear and practical for civilian users, with information relevant to the supplies in that module. When the module is opened, the IFU is there with the supplies for quick reference.
Packaging Designed Around How Each Module Is Used
IFAK360 packaging is selected around how each module is intended to be accessed and organized. Module 1 and Module 1 K9 use heavier 5 mil chamber vacuum pouches designed for initial access to hemorrhage-control supplies. Modules 2 through 6 use 4 mil zipper chamber vacuum pouches that can be resealed after opening for continued access to the remaining supplies. Modules 3, 4, and 5 also use smaller internal zipper pouches for selected items, helping keep smaller supplies separated, organized, and easier to locate.
Quality Components, Practical Packaging
IFAK360 keeps the exterior packaging straightforward and puts the focus on the supplies inside. Depending on the module, those supplies include recognized products such as the NAR C-A-T® tourniquet, QuikClot® hemostatic gauze, and 3M Steri-Strip™ wound closure strips. The packaging is designed around organization and access rather than decorative presentation.
HSA, FSA, and HRA Payments & Reimbursement
IFAK360 now accepts eligible HSA, FSA, and HRA cards at checkout. Certain components may qualify as eligible medical expenses, including tourniquets, hemostatic dressings, wound-care supplies, bandages, antiseptics, and over-the-counter medications.
Eligibility and card approval depend on your individual plan. If needed, you can download an itemized receipt and submit it to your plan administrator for reimbursement. Please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator before purchasing.
Module 1-K9 and Module 6 are designed for animal care and are not represented by IFAK360 as eligible for human HSA, FSA, or HRA reimbursement.
