Why IFAK360
Why IFAK360
The civilian IFAK market is crowded. Most of it sells you a bag. IFAK360 sells you a system — built by a working paramedic, validated against real clinical protocols, and designed for the people who actually need it.
What Makes It Different
A Modular System Built to Grow With You
Five independent, purpose-defined modules — each available individually, each vacuum-sealed and ready to deploy on its own. Modules 1–4 form the core trauma and medical system and bundle into the Complete Kit. Module 5 — Field Endurance Kit is a standalone add-on for extended endurance care. Or skip the bundles entirely and Build Your Own IFAK from individual components. Start with one module and build over time at your pace and budget. This kind of per-capability modular architecture is not typical in civilian-grade medical and trauma kits.
Assembly-Level Lot Traceability
Every IFAK360 module is lot-stamped at the assembly level and traceable to a specific build session and component batch. In a market with well-documented counterfeit and quality-control problems, you know exactly what you have and where it came from.
Clinical-Grade Wound Closure — In a Field Pouch
Module 3 delivers hospital-grade wound closure in a field-ready pouch. Built around 3M Steri-Strip™ reinforced wound closures — the same closure strips used in emergency departments and urgent care settings — paired with liquid adhesive, transparent film dressing, and a full suite of wound care supplies.
Module 4: Medication & Hydration
Most medical and trauma kits stop at wound closure. Module 4 covers everything after — from backcountry emergencies to rush hour accidents — whether you need it in the next five minutes or the next five days. Oral rehydration salts, pain management, antihistamines, GI support — built using Military Prolonged Field Care doctrine and NOLS Wilderness Medicine. A dedicated prolonged-care module like this is not typical in civilian medical and trauma systems.
Per-Module IFU Cards — Sealed Inside Each Pouch
Every module ships with its own protocol-audited Instructions for Use card sealed inside its vacuum-sealed pouch. Clear, sequential guidance written for civilians with no medical background. When stress is high and time is short, you open the module you need and the IFU is right there — exactly where it needs to be.
Individually Chamber Vacuum-Sealed
Every module is vacuum-sealed in a heavy-duty, commercial-grade resealable chamber pouch with V-notch pull tabs — moisture-resistant and glove-friendly. Open one module without compromising the others.
Plain Packaging Is a Feature, Not a Flaw
Every dollar we didn't spend on decorative retail packaging went directly into the components inside — a NAR C-A-T® tourniquet, QuikClot® hemostatic gauze, and 3M Steri-Strip™ wound closure strips. What's inside is premium. The outside just doesn't pretend otherwise.
Start at $24.99. Build at Your Pace.
Enter the system at $24.99 (Module 2) or $29.99 (Module 4), or start with wound closure from $69.99 (Module 3). Add Module 5 — Field Endurance Kit for $34.99. Build your complete kit over time. The best kit is the one you actually have. We meet you where you are.
Use Your FSA, HSA, or HRA

Our Commitment
We are not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by any of the above organizations. We are not required to publish this information. We do it anyway — because transparency is part of what it means to be paramedic-built. Every item in every IFAK360 kit has a reason to be there, backed by the same protocols that guide professional emergency responders. If you ever have a question about why a specific item is included — or not — we'll tell you exactly why.
