USE YOUR HSA, FSA, or HRA

Selected IFAK360 components may qualify as eligible medical expenses under your Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). Eligible components may include tourniquets, hemostatic dressings, wound-care supplies, bandages, antiseptics, and over-the-counter medications.

Eligibility depends on the components purchased and the rules of your individual plan. Please check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.

Two Ways to Use Your Benefits

  • Pay with your benefits card at checkout — enter your HSA, FSA, or HRA card information just like any other payment card. Approval is determined by your card issuer and plan administrator.
  • Pay with a regular card and request reimbursement — complete your purchase using another payment method, then download the appropriate itemized reimbursement form below. Add your name and order number from your confirmation email and submit the documentation to your plan administrator.

Acceptance of a benefits card or provision of an itemized form does not guarantee eligibility or reimbursement. Your plan administrator makes the final determination.

K9 and Veterinary Modules

Module 1-K9 and Module 6 are designed for animal care. IFAK360 does not represent these modules as eligible for HSA, FSA, or HRA payment or reimbursement. Eligibility rules involving service animals can vary, so customers should consult their plan administrator regarding their individual circumstances.
