Medical Disclaimer IFAK360 products are designed to support emergency preparedness and first aid response in situations where professional medical care is delayed or unavailable. They are not a substitute for professional medical treatment. Always contact emergency services (911) when available. The instructions for use (IFU) included with every kit are written by a licensed paramedic and are based on established civilian emergency care protocols. However, proper training is strongly recommended before use. Wilson Precision 360 LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, death, or adverse outcome resulting from the use or misuse of any IFAK360 product. By purchasing from IFAK360, you acknowledge that you understand the intended use of these products and accept full responsibility for their application.

Intended Use All products sold by Wilson Precision 360 LLC are intended for legitimate personal safety, emergency preparedness, and first aid use only. By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items ordered and that you will use them lawfully and responsibly.

Age Requirement You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Wilson Precision 360 LLC.

Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Prices at the time of order placement are final for that transaction.

Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

HSA/FSA Eligibility Many IFAK360 components qualify as HSA/FSA eligible expenses. It is the customer's responsibility to verify eligibility with their plan administrator. Upon request, we will provide an itemized receipt to support reimbursement claims. Contact us at info@ifak360.com.

Limitation of Liability Wilson Precision 360 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
