Medication Selection Informed by Field Care Principles

Module 4 was developed with extended scenarios in mind, including situations where access to normal supplies or professional care may be delayed. The selection and organization of its medications, hydration supplies, and topical products were informed by Kevin Wilson's experience in emergency medicine, wilderness medicine, and extended field situations.

Built for Continued Access

Module 4 uses a 4 mil zipper chamber vacuum pouch that can be resealed after opening. Open it, use what you need, and zip it closed to keep the remaining supplies organized. Selected medications and smaller supplies are grouped in separate internal zipper pouches to help keep them organized and easier to locate. Used, opened, consumed, or expired components should be replaced as appropriate according to their original packaging.
