SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Rates IFAK360 offers the following domestic shipping rates within the United States:
- Orders under $35.00 — $5.99 Standard Shipping
- Orders $35.00–$49.99 — $3.99 Standard Shipping
- Orders $50.00 and over — Free Shipping
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. As a small veteran-owned business, every kit is individually assembled and inspected before it ships — thank you for your patience.
Delivery Time Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Shipping Carrier We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever gets your order to you reliably and on time. All orders include tracking information.
Shipping Insurance All orders include $100 of shipping insurance at no additional cost. For orders exceeding $100 in value, we recommend purchasing additional coverage at checkout to protect your investment.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
