SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates IFAK360 offers the following domestic shipping rates within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping — rate based on package weight, starting at $5.99
  • Free U.S. standard shipping for retail customers on orders of $139 or more after discounts, before tax and shipping. International and wholesale/B2B orders are excluded; applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. As a small veteran-owned business, every kit is individually assembled and inspected before it ships — thank you for your patience.

Delivery Time U.S. standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs clearance and may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping Carrier We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever gets your order to you reliably and on time. All orders include tracking information.

Shipping Insurance Shipping insurance coverage varies by carrier and service. Contact info@ifak360.com before ordering if you need information about coverage or additional insurance.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

International Shipping We ship within the United States and internationally to supported destinations. Canada and the United Kingdom are currently configured for IFAK360 shipping. Available destinations, products, and shipping rates are confirmed at checkout; not every product or order can ship to every destination. International shipping is charged separately and is not included in the retail free U.S. shipping offer. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs clearance. Duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees may apply. Any amounts not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or local authorities. Please check your destination's import requirements, including restrictions on medical supplies and medications, before ordering.
